Large governments located hundreds or even thousands of miles away from you can rarely solve the problems YOU face. In comparison, an organization in any form, but composed of your neighbors from the same city block or sub-divisions, are much better at understanding your pain and needs, and to advise and implement some solutions.

I would love to hear more about the college and other institutions that the community has built. It would very interesting to know the scale of time it took to create and the number of people involved.

The solution you seem to present, letting the individual members of the community have a hand in how things are done, is perfect. And, oddly, that's the way America started out. The government got so large and out of control because the people in charge insisted on erecting a protective barrier around themselves as soon as they could afford it.

Great advise. I think some Americans are beginning to realize this, the ones not too gobsmacked or misinformed. I do think it will catch on, mostly out of necessity to survive.

Perhaps associations limiting their membership to practicing Christians is a good way to make groups in communities to act from?

The problem with this is that the very concept of Christianity goes against it. Kind of like saying "dry water" or "pink midnight," a contradiction in terms.

I am not sure what the “average” Afrikaner is I will admit. I think the basic premise of her book is that replacing racism with more racism doesn’t work.
